This apartment in Sydney’s historic Rocks precinct was previously managed by an onsite operator. Although booking performance was strong, the owner found that high management fees left them with a disappointing share of the income. They moved to Hostrelax with a clear priority: improving the value they received from their investment.

We added a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests and make the apartment suitable for a wider range of travellers. We also introduced the property to Airbnb, Vrbo and other holiday rental channels, expanding its reach beyond traditional hotel booking platforms.

Alongside these changes, we introduced an optional paid luggage storage service, adding convenience for guests and another source of service income.
